First Magnets

Assembled the GW Drop Pod kit. If you look at the interior and ask me how I'm going to paint it, the answers are:
1) "Very Carefully."
2) "Not At All."

Magnetized the Storm Bolter, more for practice than anything since I'm thinking about converting the Deathwind over to a Cyclone, just instead of two little launchers, there will be one big one...

Next up, a pair of Land Speeders with magnetized weapons. Not 100% sure where I'm going yet, but I've got an idea and two Typhoon Speeders are on the menu no matter which way.

Not going to lie, painting the inside of a Drop Pod is a big turn off. I don't like painting the interiors of vehicles, and I suspect that Drop Pods would fair the same. lol!

As for magnetizing the Typhoons, I wish you luck there. I quickly glanced at it myself before deciding that I didn't want to spend forever thinking about it and that it didn't matter anyway. At the time, that was an adequate attitude. In retrospect, I should have spent more time thinking about it. lol!

I almost wanted to do it. If I could pull it off though I'd never used it on a tabletop, it'd be strictly for display. ;)

Actually, magnetizing the Typhoons looks fairly easy, simply use the door and downward "flap" of the arm.
